J'admire les asiatiques ,ils sont curieux et ont le sens de l'observation. C'est dommage qu'en France la percussion quelque soit d'où elle vient, soit encore considérée comme un sous-instrument alors qu'il y a des vertuoses en afrique,aux Caraïbes ou aux antilles, en amérique latine et même en Asie du sud.
Good skill and speed! But put the speed to use in a good tumbao that has soul/feel! Those are more like exercises put together randomly with little melody. Better slow with soul than fast just for the sake of being fast but no story.
What was that?Fast hands don't move people unless you're brain dead,apply passion,get the feeling,but most important start slow then work to a climax,include complex astonatos,like when you're with that beautiful woman,don't just sit there with her, connect then make it you'rejob to keepthings interesting!I've drummed now for fifty years straight, when I go on stage,E F HUTTON 🎶 LISTENS, Get it,take you're time,its not about expression its about impressions, do what moves you're soul,but play like its the last time you will ever drum knowing that you totally connected with the ordiance,take em on a ride
